Sustainable Operations Throughout the Supply Chain
Our global partners and legislation require us to focus on sustainability and act responsibly. We also expect our suppliers to comply with these laws and standards to ensure responsibility throughout the entire supply chain. Our company holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, as well as an EcoVadis certification. If you have concerns about actions that may go against the law or our operational culture, you can report them anonymously through our corporate group.
Our Social Responsibility
The cornerstone of our social responsibility is a fair, safe, and equal work environment. We comply with collective agreements, labour laws, and safety regulations. Our company is part of the Lagercrantz Group, which, as a publicly listed company, has a written Code of Conduct that guides our operations.
Committed and satisfied employees reflect a positive work environment. Many of our employees have long careers with us, and our workplace is attractive to new employees. We maintain a flat hierarchy, giving our employees the opportunity to work independently.

Our Environmental and Climate Responsibility
We continuously make improvements to reduce our environmental impact. We recycle all packaging waste, from wood to cardboard, and production scrap materials, from cables to plastics. We continuously measure material recycling rates and energy consumption. Both our Vaasa and Tallinn factories have waste heat recovery systems, and they are equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting. Ongoing investments in modernizing our machinery further enhance our energy efficiency.
