EFC has over 50 years of experience in manufacturing. Our wire harnesses and electrical mechanical assemblies are used in the products of both Finnish and global companies. As our employee, you are a key player in the production and sales of products that end up in electrical cabinets and distribution stations, work machines, and various equipment across Finland and worldwide.
What Types of Jobs Do We Offer?
We employ wire harness manufacturers, assemblers, technical sales representatives, and administrative staff. If you enjoy working with your hands and are detail-oriented and organized, you are likely a good fit for production work. In sales and customer service roles, you will always work closely with customers. In these positions, it is essential to be able to view situations from the customer’s perspective and offer them suitable products and solutions.

We pay salaries according to laws and collective agreements. We also offer a working time bank, which allows you to take time off in exchange for longer working days at a time that suits you. We aim to arrange summer vacations so that everyone can take time off when they wish. Our company holds an EcoVadis sustainability certification. Internships
We maintain ongoing collaboration with local educational institutions and are happy to welcome interns to learn practical work tasks. Some of our staff have joined us through internships.
