We manufacture wire harness prototypes and test batches for various customers, including new products and new models within existing product lines. During the prototype manufacturing process, we work closely with the customer in design and product development, with the goal of finding the right material solutions and achieving an optimal readiness level for the product. Prototype batches are produced with a fast turnaround.

We manufacture prototypes based on drawings or, depending on the product, based on a written description. Our technical sales representative discusses all matters related to the prototype with the customer, including material choices, testing methods, and quality assurance.

After the prototyping phase, a zero series can be made, or series production can begin. You can also have documentation created during the prototype phase, providing you with a complete package for inclusion in manuals, for example.
